Set per store
Each store runs its own way.
Stores differ in who decides, where the work happens and which system holds the paperwork. Those differences are settings, chosen store by store and recorded with their dates, so the figures always know which way the store was working.
- Who writes the work order
- The sales manager, F&I, or either.
- The delivery inspection
- Trueline’s checklist, or done in the manufacturer’s own system.
- A final quality check
- Before the line, or the line at the last shop job.
- Sites
- One site or several, with every move between them recorded.
- Disclosures
- Certified in Trueline, or the paperwork prepared in the store’s DMS.
- Insight
- Targets the store sets; alerts, briefings and personal report cards, each on or off.
